1. Custom plexiglass display case Main frame structure
Material and thickness: High light transmittance (≥92%) acrylic sheet (PMMA), thickness is usually 3mm (small display box) to 10mm (large load-bearing display cabinet)
Environmental upgrade: A 100% recyclable acrylic sheet can be selected, with no crystal points and bubbles on the surface, and thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.1mm.
Organic glass display box form: Standard cube: composed of 6 plates (top/bottom/left/right/front/back), assembled by seamless bonding or snap-on assembly.
2. Connection and opening and closing structure
Seamless bonding: Use environmentally friendly acrylic special glue (such as methyl methacrylate solvent), inject glue through the needle to penetrate the seam, and form an invisible bonding surface after curing.
3. Functional component integration
Sealed dustproof system Magnetic sealing strip: Embed a silicone magnetic strip (magnetic strength ≥800 Gauss) on the edge of the top cover or door panel, and automatically adsorb to form an airtight environment when closed.
Lighting system: Built-in LED shadowless light strip (power 3W-12W) is embedded in the top plate interlayer or side plate groove, and the light is evenly diffused through the acrylic light guide plate.
External power supply: Hidden DC interface (5V/12V) is located on the back of the bottom plate.
Wireless power supply: Supports Qi-standard wireless charging module, built-in lithium battery life > 48 hours.

Brand nameplate: 304 stainless steel etched sign, fixed to the outside of the bottom plate with 3M adhesive.

Our packaging consists of plastic bags with pearl-cotton protection, packed in cartons and sealed with adhesive tape. Delivery time for samples is approximately 7 days, while bulk orders may take up to 35 days, depending on the quantity. Our designated port is ShenZhen.
